Type: Full Time – 12 hour shifts, Wednesday Thursday Friday, Minimal call required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operates x-ray equipment efficiently
• Ability to navigate through the PACS system
• Positions patients according to radiology department protocols
• Practices and shares knowledge of radiation safety by utilizing safety standards, per ACR guidelines

Knowledge and Skills Required

• Graduate from a JRCERT accredited program in Radiologic Technology
• One year of experience preferred
• Registration to the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
• Able to navigate sterile field in surgery or pain management setting
• Ability to work in a group scenario to ensure proper patient care
• Effective communication skills, orally or written
• BLS certified
• Efficient computer skills
